My name is MARCOS AURÉLIO VERAS DA FONSECA.

I am also a grandfather to four grandchildren, which has brought me a new dimension of care, prevention, and simplicity in daily life.

This blog was born in January 2024, after more than 11 months of continuous publication without monetization, driven only by the desire to share useful, ethical, and accessible knowledge about natural health, medicinal plants, and emotional balance.
